Dana was raised in Summit, NJ. She moved to Maryland to attend acupuncture school and then to Burlington, VT after she completed her graduate degree in acupuncture.
In Vermont, Dana operated a clinic called the "Burlington Acupuncture Project." Living in Burlington was a blast, but her family was still in NJ so Dana decided to move back to her home state. Once she was here, she was shocked to find that NJ had no community acupuncture clinics. Dana's work was cut out for her. Bringing community style acupuncture to NJ became her goal.
In Feb. of 2011, she opened North Jersey Community Acupuncture in Morristown. It continues to be one of only a handful of community acupuncture centers in the state of NJ. Patients from all over Northern NJ come to Dana because of her proven track record with patients and the supportive community setting at her clinic.
